Do cheaper plans have fewer Korneglio features?+

No. Every Korneglio plan includes the same product capabilities. Pricing changes with the number of people and inboxes Korneglio works for, not with how intelligent or autonomous it is.

What counts as an inbox?+

An inbox is an email account connected to Korneglio. Every Individual subscription includes two inboxes. Team and Business include two inboxes for each paid user.

Can I connect additional inboxes?+

Yes. Additional inboxes can be added for €5 per month each, or €50 per year when billed annually.

What's the difference between Team and Business?+

The Korneglio product is the same. Team is designed for organizations with 2 to 20 users, while Business gives larger organizations with 21 to 100 users a lower per-user price.

What happens if my team grows?+

Your pricing follows the size of your team. When your organization reaches the next pricing tier, the corresponding per-user rate applies.

What happens above 100 users?+

Organizations with more than 100 users or unusual volume requirements can contact us for Enterprise pricing.

Is AI usage unlimited?+

Generous AI usage is included with every plan. Fair use applies so Korneglio can provide reliable service for normal professional and business use.

Can I pay annually?+

Yes. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
