Korneglio understands incoming email, uses the relevant business context, prepares or sends replies, handles follow-ups, creates reminders and can manage calendar actions. Depending on the autonomy level you choose, it can suggest the next step, execute approved actions or complete authorized work from start to finish.
Korneglio is built for Gmail and Google Workspace. Microsoft Outlook support is planned for a future release.
You choose between Assisted, Semi-autonomous and Autonomous modes. Assisted proposes actions for you. Semi-autonomous can execute authorized actions and prepare replies as drafts for your review. Autonomous can complete authorized work end to end, including sending replies when you explicitly allow it.
Yes. In Assisted mode you stay in control of the actions Korneglio proposes. In Semi-autonomous mode replies remain as drafts for your review. Automatic sending is only available in Autonomous mode when you explicitly give Korneglio permission to send replies.
Company Knowledge gives Korneglio shared business context from websites, files, FAQs, internal notes and Google Drive. Each user can also have private Personal Knowledge for context that should not be shared with the rest of the organization.
Yes. Korneglio can use supported documents, spreadsheets and images as part of the context of an email or as Knowledge sources. This means replies and actions can take relevant attachment content into account instead of relying only on the email text.
Korneglio can use your previous conversations, contact history and writing style to make replies more relevant to the person and situation. AI-generated messages are kept separate so Korneglio does not simply learn from its own replies.
Yes. A Korneglio user can connect multiple Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes and switch between them while keeping each mailbox and its email context separate.
Yes. Multiple users can belong to the same organization. Company Knowledge can be shared across the team, while each user's mailboxes, email history and Personal Knowledge remain separate.
Yes. Google Drive can be connected as a Knowledge source, and Korneglio can work with Google Calendar for authorized calendar actions. Korneglio also integrates with Google Contacts to help identify and work with the people you email.
Korneglio connects through Google's OAuth authorization flow. You authorize the permissions Korneglio needs through Google, so you never give Korneglio your Google password. Access can also be revoked from your Google account.
